NSHRC is a clearinghouse of information for people looking to find a shared housing organization in their community or to help get a program started. NSHRC does not register home providers and home seekers to help them find a shared living arrangement. The individual organizations in the Directory coded "MU" can help consumers with that process.

Professional in shared housing or a related field ($50/payable annually). Member benefits include a newsletter subscription, a copy of Consumer's Guide to Home Sharing and discounts for publications.*

Consumer ($20/payable annually) Member benefits include a newsletter subscription and a copy of Consumer's Guide to Home Sharing.
